The Bogie Mountain Sugar Shack, run by Calvin "Sherm" Bogie Jr. and his wife Darlene, has been photographed thousands of times throughout the years. Its image has appeared everywhere from jigsaw puzzles to national magazines, including Vermont Life and Outdoor Photographer. It continues to thrive as an operating dairy farm after 5 generations of dedicated, hard work. Having been presented the prestigious Dairy of Distinction award, the farm produces items for all to enjoy - but if there's one thing everyone can agree on, it's that Sherm and his family produce the best maple products around.
The farm has now become Bogie Mountain LLC and the home of the Bogie Mountain Sugar Shack. Here, Sherm experiments with the endless possibilities of maple flavored brittles, rubs, spices, nuts, and more. This spectacular piece of property will be a farm for generations to come, and with the help of the family's sons, grandsons, and close friends, you can be sure there'll never be a shortage of maple products here at the Bogie Mountain Sugar Shack.
